The role requires 7–10 years of senior HOA management experience, CAI or CACM certification, and strong leadership with advanced budgeting and governance knowledge. A California driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of experience as an onsite General Manager in large HOA management or luxury resort/country club management.
• CAI or CACM certification.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead on-site management of a premier HOA with multi‑million dollar budgets and staff.
• Collaborate with the Board to develop strategic plans, capital improvements, and operational priorities.
• Provide executive analysis and reports to the Board and ensure governance adherence (CC&Rs, Bylaws).
• Oversee amenities, lifestyle programming, and resident services; manage vendor contracts and projects.
• Develop succession plans and mentor staff to ensure long‑term operational success.
