Job summary

Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is seeking a Compliance and Design Review Coordinator to prepare evidence for penalties and act as liaison between homeowners and the Design Review Board. The role involves site visits, documenting violations, and coordinating design review processes in a dynamic HOA environment.

Candidates should have 2–3 years in customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills; a Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English; strong written and verbal communication.
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years HOA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete community site visits for compliance inspections per contracted terms.
• Document, photograph and record all violations with accurate records.
• Maintain records of complaints and inspections and work with homeowners to resolve issues.
• Assist in creation and adoption of policies based on state statutes and governing documents.
• Review and sign all compliance communications; be liaison for homeowners and Design Review Board.
• Coordinate design review administration and assist with submissions.
