Everforth Apex is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hourly hiring at a manufacturing facility in the Fort Worth area. The role focuses on onsite events, candidate flow, and partnering with candidates, hiring managers, HR, and recruiting teams to keep the process moving smoothly.

This 100% onsite position involves coordinating hiring events, managing candidate experience, and reporting on pipeline movement, offers, and start dates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years recruiting or high-volume hiring experience.
• Experience coordinating multiple candidates and events.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite at a manufacturing facility.
• Ability to adjust working hours for events.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute onsite hiring events for high-volume hourly roles.
• Coordinate with HR, hiring managers, and recruiting teams on priorities and schedules.
• Develop event plans covering candidate flow and logistics.
• Maintain candidate pipelines with sourcing partners.
• Serve as onsite recruiting contact during events.
• Track results: attendance, interviews, offers, and start dates.
• Provide candidate support from application to orientation.
