Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator for an onsite hourly role in Fort Worth, TX. The contract runs for 8+ months, with first shift and flexible hours.

You will support high-volume manufacturing hiring by scheduling, communicating with candidates, and maintaining recruiting trackers. Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, onboarding, and Day 1 readiness, while ensuring accurate data and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One or more years of administrative coordination, recruiting support, HR support, scheduling or related experience.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills with attention to detail.
• Professional written and verbal communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to work onsite at the U.S. facility and adjust hours for events.

Responsibilities

• Schedule candidates for interviews and hiring events.
• Monitor confirmations, cancellations and rescheduling requests.
• Send candidate reminders and arrival instructions.
• Prepare candidate rosters and interview schedules.
• Coordinate interview rooms and onsite logistics.
• Support candidate check-in and flow during events.
• Update attendance, interview status and post-event follow-up in systems.
• Maintain candidate information in recruiting trackers and protect confidentiality.
