Upgrade Resources in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Recruiter to join our on-site team. You will recruit, onboard, and place associates in light-industrial assignments, while serving as a main contact for clients and employees.

This full-time, on-site role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in staffing, recruiting, customer service, or administrative support.
• Bilingual preferred: Spanish and English.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• In-person position; no remote work.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for light-industrial assignments.
• Fill client job orders quickly and accurately in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Match associate skills and availability to client needs and manage placements.
• Coordinate pre-employment steps including background checks and onboarding.
• Maintain communication with associates and clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Address attendance and performance concerns in partnership with management.
• Maintain records in ATS/CRM systems such as Avionte.
• Support workers' comp, incident reporting, and unemployment documentation.
• Assist front-office tasks including phones and walk-in applicants.
