Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and bilingual On-Site Recruiters to support our client operations across multiple locations in the DFW area. This is a hands‑on recruiting role based on‑site with our clients, responsible for the full life cycle of staffing from sourcing and onboarding to employee support and management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and production roles.
• Onboard and assign talent to client facilities in a timely and compliant manner.
• Act as the on‑site representative and primary point of contact for temporary employees.
• Monitor attendance, track time, and assist with scheduling needs.
• Issue PPE and ensure staff adhere to safety policies and site protocols.
• Support and manage employee relations, including coaching and performance feedback.
• Partner with client contacts to understand hiring needs and provide workforce solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in alignment with company and client expectations.
• Actively engage in team calls by sharing real‑time client updates, detailed job requirements, and clear expectations to align recruiting efforts and improve fill speed.
