Job summary

Peyton Resource Group is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter for a Fort Worth client site, fully onsite. You will manage the full recruiting process for contract, temporary, and contingent workers in a fast-paced environment.

Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, maintain an active pipeline, and coordinate interviews, offers, and start dates with the client. Strong communication and organization are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting, staffing, onsite recruiting, or similar experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, and light industrial roles.
• Source, identify, contact, and screen candidates via job boards, databases, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, availability, and fit.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews, offers, and starts with the client.
• Collaborate with client contacts to understand open roles, priorities, shifts, and qualifications.
• Communicate updates to candidates and support onboarding, documentation, and pre-employment steps.
• Track recruiting activity and staffing metrics in the ATS and internal systems.
