We are seeking a motivated and professional High-Volume Recruiter to support a key client at their Fort Worth facility (fully onsite). The Recruiter will manage the full recruiting process for high volume contract, temporary, and contingent workers, serving as a key point of contact for both candidates and the client.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, highly responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This person should enjoy talking with people, building relationships, solving problems, and working directly with a client to meet ongoing staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruiting for a dedicated client, primarily supporting manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, production, logistics, and other light industrial positions.
• Source, identify, contact, and screen candidates through job boards, recruiting databases, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to evaluate candidates for skills, experience, availability, work history, reliability, and overall fit.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and anticipated client hiring needs.
• Work directly with client contacts to understand open positions, hiring priorities, shift requirements, start dates, and candidate qualifications.
• Present qualified candidates to the client and coordinate interviews, selections, offers, and start dates.
• Communicate regularly with candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process, providing timely updates and addressing questions or concerns.
• Assist with new-hire onboarding and pre-employment requirements, including documentation, background checks, drug screens, employment paperwork, and orientation coordination as applicable.
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information within the ATS and other internal systems.
• Track recruiting activity, open positions, candidate status, starts, and other staffing metrics.
• Assist with employee and contractor support, including attendance-related communication, schedule questions, timekeeping issues, and general employment inquiries.
• Partner with the client and internal management to address staffing challenges, improve retention, and maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Follow up with new hires and contractors after placement to support engagement, retention, and a positive employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting, staffing, onsite recruiting, or similar experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, production, logistics, fulfillment, transportation, or other light industrial environments.
• HR, onboarding, employee relations, or administrative experience is a plus.
• Experience recruiting for contract, temporary, contingent, or hourly workers.
• Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers and client contacts.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound recruiting calls and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and hiring needs can change quickly.
• Experience with ATS/recruiting databases, job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, Microsoft Office, and internet research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate information with discretion and professionalism.
