Job summary

TCWGlobal is seeking a Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for its Longview, TX manufacturing operation. This true full-cycle role oversees sourcing, screening, interviews, offers and onboarding, partnering with local HR and managers.

The onsite position will manage 20–25 requisitions, primarily for hourly manufacturing roles, with Fridays remote as noted. The recruiter thrives in a fast-paced plant environment and builds strong hiring-manager relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–15 years of Recruiting/HR or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven full-cycle recruiting incl. sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and leaders to keep processes moving.
• Comfortable in a high-volume environment with proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Recruit for hourly manufacturing and industrial positions (e.g., welders, painters).
• Handle 20–25 requisitions at a time and coordinate multiple hires per position.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and local HR to align staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and candidate communication; support interviews.
