Sensaria is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to lead full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for direct labor across our Grand Prairie, Texas facility. This onsite role supports production operators, assemblers, machine operators, material handlers, and warehouse staff.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in manufacturing recruiting, strong relationship skills with hiring managers, familiarity with ATS/HRIS (Dayforce), and the ability to manage multiple openings across shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting in high-volume settings.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing.
• Ability to manage many requisitions and candidates simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for direct labor roles across shifts.
• Collaborate with Production, Operations, and Plant Leadership to plan staffing.
• Coordinate offers, background checks, and pre-employment steps.
