The position requires 4 days onsite weekly and a proven ability to manage candidate pipelines, track goals, and ensure compliant activity. Compensation reflects base salary and incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year as a full-cycle recruiter.
• Minimum 1 year experience working directly with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting and sourcing plans to build pipelines.
• Identify candidate eligibility from resumes and profiles.
• Build qualified candidate profiles to meet client deliverables.
• Participate in special projects to enhance service offerings.
