Job summary

TRG Staffing Solutions is seeking an Industrial Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across the United States, with a focus on industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and logistics roles. This onsite position requires strong organization, urgency, and the ability to manage multiple orders and candidates.

You will source, screen, interview, and place candidates while coordinating offers, onboarding, and compliance requirements, and you’ll help build a robust pipeline to meet client staffing

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition, preferably in high-volume hiring.
• Industrial staffing experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or general labor recruitment is a strong asset.
• Experience recruiting in the U.S. labor market preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle for high-volume industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics roles.
• Source, screen, interview, assess, and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
• Post and manage job ads across Indeed, boards, social media, and internal databases.
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure compliance with client standards.
