Job summary

TEKsystems in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Tier I Technical Support Technician to join a 7-person Helpdesk for phone and hands-on support to internal users. You will handle Windows 10, Office 365, and more, using Fresh Desk with a Tier II escalation path.

Qualifications

• Entry level contract role based in Lafayette, LA.
• Experience with Fresh Desk ticketing system preferred.
• Strong customer service and phone support skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide phone and hands-on support to internal users.
• Utilize Fresh Desk ticketing system to manage tickets.
• Image Dell PCs and deploy PCs, perform password resets.
• Escalate issues to Tier II when needed.
