Job summary

Sage Dental Management in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to assist end users, troubleshoot Windows OS, Office 365 apps, printers, and hardware, and provide courteous service in person, by phone, or remotely. This on-site role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

You will work Monday–Friday, with occasional nights, weekends, on-call rotations, and travel to set up new locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a help desk role.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Experience supporting Windows, Citrix, O365 apps, and printers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and developmental skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and be a team player.
• Must be able to work 8:00am–5:00pm with overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call rotation.
• Must have reliable transportation and travel to set up new locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and communicate technical information to all Sage Dental computer end users.
• Strong customer service skills when taking calls from non-technical end users.
• Work on help desk requests via ticketing system and follow up as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolution for all issues.
• Maintain SLA expectations and ticketing processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with teammates on hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.
• Install and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Support Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365 apps, printers, and third-party apps to determine root cause.
• Use Office 365 products such as Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
