Job summary

Sage Dental is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to join our Boca Raton team. This on-site role provides technical assistance to computer users, resolving issues with Windows, Office 365, printers, and peripherals.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in a help desk role, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Travel to new locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows machines and Office 365 applications.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Availability for shift including nights, weekends, and on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site or remote technical support to Sage users in Boca Raton and remotely as needed.
• Handle help-desk requests via ticketing system and ensure timely follow-up.
• Document issues, steps taken, and resolutions; maintain SLA adherence.
• Assist with setup of hardware, software, printers, and peripherals; support Citrix and O365 apps.
