Job summary

CloudHQ is seeking an IT Helpdesk Technician to ensure smooth technology operation for our data center team and vendors. You will install and configure Office 365 and Windows 10/11, set up user accounts, and provide user training while handling support requests and maintaining inventory.

The role requires a minimum high school diploma, 3+ years in technical support, and strong customer service skills. On-call work and occasional after-hours support are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of technical support experience.
• Experience with networking, PC/Mac, server support, and phone systems.
• Experience with Office 365, Entra ID, and Remote Desktop.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and be self-motivated.
• On-call availability including occasional weekends or after-hours.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Office 365, Windows 10/11 operating systems, cloud-based apps and other software.
• Set up new user accounts.
• Provide basic system and software training for users.
• Respond to IT support requests, diagnose issues, resolve or escalate as needed.
• Maintain equipment inventory.
• Monitor system updates and perform routine maintenance.
• Engage in continuous self-learning of new technologies and participate in projects.
