Formación

• Must have Network+, A+ or Security+ Certification.
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Previous experience in computer technical support is essential.
• Understanding of Active Directory to unlock and reset passwords.
• Proficient knowledge of Service Desk software and technologies.
