Job summary

Bridge Defense is seeking a highly qualified Service Desk Technician to support the Army Enterprise Service Desk. This position is 100% onsite near Ft. Huachuca, Arizona, serving as the initial point of contact for technical support.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Current Level I AIT certification required.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and remote user support.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware and applications.
• Troubleshoot network issues, including VPN access.
• Assist customers with application navigation remotely.
• Document incidents and resolutions according to requirements.
