Job summary

Eakes-Office-Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator - Assigned to deliver on-site IT support at a designated healthcare client in Lincoln, NE. The role requires strong communication, urgency, independent decision-making, and high-quality service in a healthcare setting.

The Systems Administrator will be the primary IT contact at the customer location, handling desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, AD, and basic networking, with ticketing documentation and escalation as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support in a help desk or MSP environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
• HIPAA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a full-time onsite presence at the assigned customer location.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day IT contact for customer staff and leadership.
• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and basic networking.
• Document all work accurately within the ticketing system.
• Escalate issues to higher-level engineering resources when necessary.
• Assist with workstation deployments, onboarding/offboarding, and routine IT maintenance.
