Eventide is seeking an on-site IT Support Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for staff, handling helpdesk tickets and on-site maintenance in Lincoln, NE. You will support desktops, servers, and mobile devices while ensuring timely solutions and high-quality customer service.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent experience, with preference for Active Directory, SharePoint, and Windows Server expertise. This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Lincoln office.

Formación

• Associate degree or formal education in systems administration preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with Windows Active Directory is preferred.
• Experience managing and maintaining workstations with Microsoft Office and Windows server environments, including virtual desktop environments and SharePoint, preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Helpdesk system and act as primary contact for tickets and phone requests.
• Travel to sites for on-site maintenance and support.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, notebooks, telephones, printers, and mobile devices.
• Install and configure software per department policies.
• Maintain software and hardware inventory and security across the network.
• Complete and manage project work as assigned and update internal customers on resolutions.
• Coordinate with outside vendors as needed and document procedures.
• Be part of rotating on-call schedule and provide after-hours support when required.
