Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers and client systems.
• Monitor system performance, perform routine backups, and maintain security updates.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Support deployment and maintenance of electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams for troubleshooting escalations.
• Maintain accurate documentation, inventory, and activity logs.
