Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to hospital staff, both hardware and software, while maintaining the ticket queue and contributing to IT projects. This onsite role requires strong Windows and M365 knowledge, plus excellent communication and teamwork.

The position is temporarily contracted with potential to convert to permanent after 12 months; schedule is Monday–Friday, with occasional on-call responsibilities every 6–7 weeks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and applications.
• Experience working with M365 products and applications.
• Ability to dissect and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
