Job summary

Mass General Brigham Incorporated in Salem, MA is seeking an onsite IT Support Technician to help keep essential systems and equipment running. You will transport, install, and configure technology, support end users, and document issues and resolutions.

The role operates Monday through Friday, 6:30am–3pm EST, with on-call every eight weeks. A High School Diploma and 0–1 year of customer service experience are required; familiarity with Mac OS, Office 365, and common software is helpful.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and assist with technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Transport, set up, install, and decommission systems.
• Run diagnostic tests on systems; troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
• Assist customers as needed with technical issues related to computers, Applications, or telecom.
• Document issues and resolutions effectively and efficiently.
• Provide professional, efficient, and effective customer service to the end-user community, focused on routine matters.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment and accessories.
