Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an onsite technical support professional to ensure smooth operation of essential systems and equipment at North Shore Medical Center. You will assist with transport, setup, diagnostics, and end-user support, resolving issues quickly to keep teams productive.

The role requires 0–1 years of customer service experience, basic computing knowledge, and familiarity with Mac OS and Office 365.

Qualifications

Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Experience 0-1 years of Customer Service Experience required
Ability to multitask and prioritize work demands.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
General knowledge of desktop and laptop computers, printers, and other computing equipment.
Proficiency with associated technical systems and software.
Familiarity with Mac OS, Office 365, and common software applications

Responsibilities

Transport, set up, install, and decommission systems.
Run diagnostic tests on systems; troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
Assist customers as needed with technical issues related to computers, Applications, or telecom
Document issues and resolutions effectively and efficiently.
Provide professional, efficient, and effective customer service to the end-user community, focused on routine matters.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels for equipment and accessories.
