Job Summary

In this hands-on technical role, you’ll help keep essential systems, equipment, and day-to-day operations running smoothly at North Shore Medical Center. You’ll coordinate the transport, setup, and inventory of technical equipment while supporting the secure and efficient operation of key systems. You’ll serve as a go-to resource for troubleshooting and technical support, quickly resolving issues to minimize disruptions and keep teams productive. You’ll also share your technical expertise with colleagues, providing guidance and practical solutions that help ensure reliable, seamless operations.

Essential Functions

• Could provide backup support at any of our other 26 North Shore Clinics when needed
• Daily Schedule: M-F 6:30am - 3pm EST
• On Call once every 8 weeks to respond to urgent tickets and outreach to On Call Pager.
