Totally Joined for Achieving Collaborative Techniques (TJFACT) is hiring a Tier 2 Hardware Technician to manage the onsite hardware store, track inventory, and fulfill equipment requests for OCC client engagements in Washington, DC. The role emphasizes in-person user support, impeccable ticketing discipline, and professional conduct in a public-facing environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hardware support experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work onsite

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–4 years of hardware support, inventory, or stockroom operations.
• Onsite full-time role in Washington, DC.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hardware store operations on site.
• Issue and receive equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals).
• Maintain organized workspace and accurate inventory records.
• Create and track tickets for hardware transactions (ServiceNow or similar).
• Coordinate with Service Desk and deskside teams for deployments and moves.
