Job summary

TJFACT is hiring a Tier 2 – Hardware Technician for the OCC client in Washington, DC. This role manages the onsite hardware store, maintains inventory, and fulfills equipment requests with professionalism. Expect strong user interaction and collaboration with IT teams.

The position covers device prep, imaging, ticketing in ServiceNow, and support for AV and deskside needs as required. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a professional environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with HS diploma; 2–4 years hardware support or stockroom experience.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ticketing experience.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the onsite hardware store and inventory.
• Issue and receive equipment; track issued, returned, and in-stock items.
• Prepare devices for deployment and perform imaging as needed.
• Create and update tickets in ServiceNow for hardware transactions.
• Coordinate with Service Desk and deskside teams; support moves and deployments.
• Maintain professional presence and ensure timely, accurate ticket documentation.
