Job summary

MDpanel LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Temp IT Technician to manage on-site hardware inventory, lifecycle, and helpdesk support for staff. The role focuses on auditing assets, tracking warranties, and preparing devices for new hires.

You will respond to support requests, troubleshoot hardware/connectivity issues, and configure devices prior to deployment. Strong Windows experience and Salesforce familiarity are a plus; lifting up to 45 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in IT Helpdesk/Support role.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar ticketing tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound IT support requests and troubleshoot hardware/connectivity issues.
• Test hardware and software setups for new hires pre-deployment.
• Assist with desktop, laptop, tablet imaging and configuration as directed.
• Collaborate with IT team and MSP; escalate issues when needed.
