Qualifications

• 4+ years in GSOC/security operations
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Strong understanding of security technology platforms (video, access control, mass communication)
• Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Experience working with emergency responders and crisis management frameworks
• Must pass background check and drug screen on conditional offer extension

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day GSOC operations in a 24/7 setting
• Lead, mentor, and support GSOC Operators
• Coordinate incident response and escalation
• Oversee security monitoring with video, access control, and mass communication tools
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliant reporting of incidents
• Drive process improvements using data analytics and technology
• Communicate with clients, security teams, law enforcement, and stakeholders
