Job summary

HiveWatch is seeking a Senior GSOC Analyst to manage the on-duty shift, oversee Operators and Analysts, and escalate decisions as needed. You will apply intelligence analysis, direct incident response, and ensure service quality across diverse clients around the clock.

The role requires 4+ years in security operations, leadership experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in high-pressure environments. Compliance and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a security operations center or related field.
• 2+ years leading or supervising a shift or team preferred.
• Experience directing staff during critical incidents.
• Strong judgment on staffing, client risk and incident response.
• Ability to produce concise reports from verbal or written sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-duty GSOC shift, direct Operators and Analysts, and act as escalation point.
• Assign and prioritize monitoring, intelligence, reporting, dispatch, and incident-response tasks.
• Adjust staffing and schedules based on client risk and demand.
• Lead shift briefings, debriefings and post-incident reviews; coaching as needed.
• Review complex intelligence assessments before client release; advise leadership.
