Job summary

RealManage is seeking an onsite Grounds Keeper / Porter to maintain common areas across the community. You will perform trash removal, landscaping upkeep, painting, minor repairs and irrigation tasks under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license and dependable work ethic. The position offers hourly pay between $20.00 and $22.00, full-time hours, and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication skills; English required, bilingual a plus.
• Able to follow through on directives and tasks.
• Problem solver and self-starter.
• Dependable, reliable and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas around buildings, walkways, and parking areas.
• Remove litter and debris; landscape cleanup.
• Paint, repairs, weed planting, and irrigation maintenance as needed.
• Complete work-orders and report to Management.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of signage and walkways.
