Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a dedicated Porter/Groundskeeper for an on-site multifamily community. You will maintain grounds, exterior spaces, and common areas, supporting the maintenance team to ensure the community remains clean and attractive for current and prospective residents.

The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures. Weekend availability may be needed; both full-time and part-time options are offered in a drug-free,

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Must be able to take direction and follow company procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (if applicable).
• Must complete required Grace Hill training (bonuses and commissions contingent upon compliance).

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to remove litter, debris, and pet waste from common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry rooms, mail centers, pool areas, dumpsters, parking lots, and recreation areas.
• Use blowers, brooms, and other tools to clean sidewalks and outdoor walkways.
• Perform trash-out duties for vacated units and dispose of abandoned items as directed.
• Assist with general maintenance tasks, including make-ready efforts and minor repairs.
• Check and replace exterior lighting; ensure safety compliance and proper storage of tools.
