Job summary

RealManage is seeking an Onsite Grounds Keeper/Porter to maintain all common areas within residential associations in Riviera Beach, Maryland. The role includes trash removal, landscaping upkeep, irrigation care, painting, and minor repairs, working as part of the maintenance team under supervision.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Able to follow directions and complete tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain common areas around buildings, walkways, parking lots and pool areas.
• Remove litter, debris, and landscaping waste from all common areas.
• Pressure clean entrances, walkways, curbing, and walls as needed.
• Paint curbs, planters, bulletin boards, fences, walls, and signs as required.
• Report maintenance issues and complete work orders promptly.
• Meet safety guidelines and wear PPE; follow supervisor instructions.
