Job summary

Sunridge-Management seeks a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds and common areas of our multifamily community on-site. You will support the maintenance team with make-ready tasks and basic repairs, ensuring a clean and appealing property for current and prospective residents.

Ideal candidates stay active in all weather, follow established procedures, and can lift and move items as needed. Weekend availability may be required to meet community needs.

Qualifications

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Able to follow procedures and directions.
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and climbing.
• Valid driver’s license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Grounds and common area maintenance daily.
• Keep leasing office, pathways, stairwells, laundry, pools, and parking areas clean and presentable.
• Use blowers, brooms, and tools to clean sidewalks and walkways.
• Assist with trash-out duties for vacated units and dispose of items as directed.
• Perform make-ready tasks and basic maintenance under supervision.
• Change light bulbs, locks, and assist with interior/exterior painting when needed.
