Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Onsite General Manager to oversee Community Managers, ensure smooth contract delivery, and align operations with client goals across assigned associations. The role collaborates with the Director of Community Management to execute strategic direction and governance.

You will supervise day-to-day operations, review budgets, enforce covenants, and support Board meetings, ensuring timely communication and compliant practices within the community portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Community Management and supports strategic direction for associations.
• Collaborate with Community Managers, Board Members, and Director to ensure timely contract delivery.
• Ensure activities align with Company mission, vision and goals.
• Oversee development, communication, and monitoring of Association budgets and taxes.
• Review monthly financial reporting and advise on shortfalls or excess funding by budget line item.
• Review bids and vendor contracts per management agreements and Board directives.
• Perform spot audits of utility invoices for timely payment per procedures.
• Review monthly inspections of common properties and enforcement of covenants.
• Attend Board and Annual meetings to train and supervise Community Managers.
• Review and confirm timely distribution of meeting notices, agendas and minutes.
• Oversee enforcement of rules, policies and current laws.
• Respond to escalated calls from Board Members, homeowners, and vendors and ensure proper follow-up.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of assigned team.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures related to essential job functions.
