Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Community Manager in Florida to oversee day-to-day operations of associations and coordinate administrative functions to keep communities running smoothly.

Responsibilities include budget development, vendor contract administration, board communications, inspections, and enforcing policies. Ideal candidates hold BA/BS or AA with community/association management experience and CMCA/AMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: BA/BS and 1-2 year of Community/Association management experience or AA and 2-3 years of Community/Association management experience.
• Licenses/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License. CMCA, AMS preferred.
• Technical: Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications & internet.
• Communication: Clear, professional communication and customer experience.
• Problem Solving & Quality: Detail oriented, escalates issues appropriately.
• Managing For Results: Self-directed, multi-tasking, follows SOPs and policies.
• Leadership & Initiative: Motivates others and takes accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develops strategic direction with Board members and managers to align with goals.
• Manages budgets, reviews finances, and prepares monthly reports.
• Coordinates vendor contracts and administers services per agreements.
• Conducts monthly property inspections and enforces policies.
• Attends Board and annual meetings; prepares notices, agendas, minutes.
• Responds to inquiries from Board, homeowners, and vendors; resolves issues.
• Trains and mentors staff; takes on additional assignments.
