Job summary

Inframark LLC is seeking an Onsite General Manager in Phoenix, AZ to oversee Community Managers and ensure smooth operations across assigned associations.

You will work with the Board and the Director of Community Management to deliver timely services, manage budgets, review contracts, and ensure regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on proactive supervision and training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in community/association management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for residents, boards, and vendors.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proven leadership and customer service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Community Managers and supervise daily operations.
• Coordinate with Board Members and Director of Community Management to set strategic direction.
• Monitor budgets, taxes, collections, and reporting procedures.
• Review vendor contracts and bids for property-level services.
• Attend Board and Annual meetings to support and train staff.
• Ensure compliance with covenants, rules, and current laws; enforce as needed.
• Act as first-line responder to escalated calls and document actions.
