Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Operations and admin functions for Associations.
• Develop strategic direction with Board Members and Senior Managers.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting and budgets.
• Review finances and advise the Board on funding gaps.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and invoices for services.
• Attend Board and annual meetings and prepare minutes.
• Enforce rules, regulations, and covenants; ensure compliance.
• Conduct monthly property inspections and report findings.
