Job summary

Meridian Community Association is seeking an Onsite Manager in Queen Creek, AZ. You will lead community operations, supervise staff, and work closely with the board to ensure exceptional service and compliance with governing documents.

Responsibilities

• Manage association business with the Board to maintain property values and owner relations.
• Develop relationships with board, committees, and owners through effective communication.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws and disclosure requirements for resale buyers.
• Conduct community tours, track non-compliance, and enforce policies.
• Oversee architectural control and design review processes with owners.
• Plan board and annual member meetings, prepare board packets, and notify meetings.
• Review monthly financials and AP; participate in budgeting and variance reporting.
• Solicit bids, review comparisons, and manage vendor contracts and insurance.
• Supervise on-site staff, chair staff meetings, and coordinate management activities.
• Respond to incident reports and implement timely resolutions; oversee pool monitors.
