Job summary

• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Prior leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure standards and safety compliance.
• Develops marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Oversees repairs, maintenance, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Collaborates with Regional Manager on budgets and financials; ensures PO and vendor management.
