The role requires strong Cisco, firewall, and scripting capabilities, with experience in SolarWinds, DataDog, and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP ITIL and related certifications are preferred.
• Experience in multisite enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor network reliability and performance using SolarWinds and DataDog.
• Lead network-related incident resolution and SLAs.
• Implement secure networking for on-prem and cloud environments.
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation and topology maps.
