Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Operations Engineer for onsite NYC 1st shift to support enterprise data centers and game-day operations. You will manage Windows, Linux, and cloud services, ensure high availability, and collaborate across teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with Cisco/Meraki networking, VMware, AWS/Azure, and monitoring tools. You’ll respond to incidents, document procedures, and contribute to security and resiliency in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• CCNA/CCNP certifications or equivalent, ITIL preferred.
• Experience in a multisite, enterprise-grade environment.

Responsibilities

• Server and network administration across Windows, Linux, Unix.
• Cloud and virtualization operations (VMware, AWS, Azure, O365).
• Monitor performance and respond to incidents to meet SLAs.
• Create and maintain network documentation and runbooks.
