Blue Mantis is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to support enterprise data centers and ensure high availability of Windows, Linux, Unix, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/O365) and VMware environments.

The role emphasizes strong networking, server administration, incident management, and security practices, with on-site work and weekend/holiday coverage in a fast-paced, mission-critical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience in computer science/IT.
• Experience in a multisite enterprise environment.
• CCNA/CCNP ITIL certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Server Administration: Manage Windows, Linux, Unix environments.
• Cloud Operations: AWS, Azure, O365 for enterprise workloads.
• VMware virtualization: manage and troubleshoot to ensure availability.
• Incident Management: lead network-related incident resolution and SLA adherence.
• Documentation: maintain topology maps and procedures.
