Job summary

Blue Mantis is seeking a versatile IT Operations Engineer to support enterprise-class data centers and ensure high availability of network infrastructure for game-day operations. The role covers server, cloud, and networking support in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment, including weekends/holidays and 2nd shift onsite.

Ideal candidates will multitask effectively, with experience in Windows, Linux, Unix, VMware, AWS, Azure, O365, and strong networking knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands‑on experience in CS/IT.
CCNA/CCNP ITIL or equivalent certifications preferred.
Experience in multisite complex environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Server Administration: Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.
Cloud Operations: Administer AWS, Azure, and O365 for enterprise workloads.
Virtualization: Manage VMware-based environments for performance and availability.
System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability.
Incident Management: Lead network-related incidents and meet SLAs.
Security Best Practices: Implement secure networking in on-prem and cloud.
Documentation: Create and maintain network topology and procedures.
