Qualifications

Provide game-day support on major holidays.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Certifications like CCNA/CCNP and ITIL are preferred and beneficial for role.

Responsibilities

Server Administration: Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix environments for optimal performance.
Cloud Operations: Administer AWS, Azure, and O365 for enterprise workloads and containerization.
Virtualization: Manage VMware-based environments for performance and availability.
System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure reliability.
Incident Management: Lead network-related incident resolution with SLAs in mind.
Security Best Practices: Implement secure networking in on-premise and cloud.
Documentation: Create topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
