Qualifications

• CCNA or CCNP (or equivalent) ITIL and technical certifications in servers and/or cloud preferred.
• Experience in a complex multisite environment with proactive network operations.

Responsibilities

• System Monitoring: Use SolarWinds and DataDog to ensure network reliability and performance.
• Incident Management: Lead network incident resolution, meet SLAs, escalate as needed.
• Security Best Practices: Implement secure networking across on-premise and cloud.
• Documentation: Create and maintain topology maps and troubleshooting procedures.
