El Car Wash is seeking a Frontline Lead (Key Holder) to set the tone on the shop floor. You will open and close the site, coach peers, and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service in the absence of management.

You will lead by example, manage real-time coaching, and resolve issues quickly to ensure a seamless customer experience. This hourly role offers growth potential and on-the-job training.
