El Car Wash is seeking a Frontline Lead (Key Holder) to open and close sites, coach teammates, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. You will operate on the floor in the absence of management, guiding the team and ensuring excellent guest experiences.

You’ll handle customer questions with professionalism, maintain smooth site operations, and communicate clearly during downtime. This role is a stepping stone toward greater leadership within the company.

Qualifications
