El Car Wash LLC is hiring a Frontline Lead (Key Holder) to open and close sites, set the standard, and support the team when management isn’t on-site. You’ll coach peers, handle customer questions with care, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the operation.

Qualifications

Prior shift lead, keyholder, or informal supervisory experience is a plus.
Strong communication and real-time coaching skills.
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems on the floor without supervision.

Responsibilities

Own the day from opening to closing with precision and readiness.
Lead from the front to maintain cleanliness, safety, and performance at the site.
Coach peers in real time to uphold standards without conflict.
Handle customer questions and concerns quickly, professionally, and with care.
Communicate clearly with customers and team during downtime or service interruptions.
Grow into higher responsibilities by learning from leaders.
