El Car Wash is seeking a Key Holder to lead on the floor and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment. You’ll open and close the site, set the tone for cleanliness, safety, and performance, and maintain operations when management isn’t present.

You’ll coach peers, handle customer questions with care, and drive a positive, guest-focused experience. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership without formal reports, offering growth as you partner with store leadership to elevate daily site

Qualifications

• Must have reliable attendance and dependability.
• Trustworthy and able to be counted on by team and management.
• Comfortable opening/closing and managing the site independently.
• Ability to coach peers and maintain standards without conflict.
• Customer-first mindset, even under staffing challenges.
• Growth-oriented with desire to lead more responsibilities.
• Basic mechanical comfort and ability to troubleshoot when needed.
• Prior shift lead or keyholder experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Open and close the site with precision, ensuring secure, prepped operations.
• Lead from the front, uphold cleanliness, safety, and performance standards.
• Hold the site independently when management isn't on-site and make calls as needed.
• Coach and guide teammates in real time to reinforce standards.
• Deliver standout customer experiences with quick, professional service.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team during downtimes or interruptions.
